Honoring the Sacred Bond of Marriage

Marriage in Islam is a blessed contract established on love, mercy, mutual consultation, and spiritual partnership. Allah (SWT) says in the Quran: "And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy." (Surah Ar-Rum 30:21).

NAMA provides recognized Islamic officiating services to assist couples in starting their journey with spiritual barakah, formal legal compliance, and marital wisdom.

Prerequisites & Requirements for Nikah

1. Valid Civil Marriage License A valid Marriage License issued by the local city/county clerk must be obtained prior to the ceremony. NAMA cannot perform Nikah without verifying the civil license.
2. Mutual Consent of Bride & Groom Free, unforced agreement (Ijab and Qabul) between the bride and groom.
3. Presence of the Bride's Guardian (Wali) The presence or documented authorization of the bride's father or appointed Islamic guardian.
4. Two Adult Male Muslim Witnesses Two trustworthy adult Muslim male witnesses with valid government photo IDs present at the ceremony.
5. Agreed Dowry (Mahr) Clearly specified and mutually agreed upon bridal gift (Mahr) to be recorded in the official Nikah contract.
